Carol Phillips GCS Consulting Cloak and Dagger, Internet

I had been working with Carol Phillips and GCM consulting since Oct/Nov of 2010.  She claimed to have buyers for Mexican bonds and could assist my clients in getting their bonds sold.  In March of this year, my clients submitted a complete package to her in hopes of getting these bonds sold.  She said that she had a buyer and the buyer was ready to move forward.  My clients then drove to Washington D.C. to place the bonds in an attorney's escrow accound as procedures stated. 

For the past 8 weeks, i have gotten nothing but the run around regarding my clients bonds.  I was told that she could not discuss anything with me and would not.  When it came time for fee agreements to be put in place, Carol stated that the buyers would only allow 3 boxes on the fee agreement and she would take care of myself and my associate.  We agreed and continued.

After several weeks had gone buy, I would ask Carol for an update and when we would put together the sub fee agreements.  She would tell me that we were about 10 days out from closing and as soon as she received a certain document, she would put together the fee agreement.  I explained to her that I would be out of the country for a week and that my attorney would handle the transaction on my behalf.  She refused to work with him and said that she would deal with me when I returned. 

When confronted with questions, Carol would blow up and not want to discuss it.  She even tried to go behind the back of 2 of my associated with me on an oil deal she had been working with them. This woman is not to be trusted.  Please run far, far away quickly if you ever come across this woman.  She seemed so nice at first, then her true colors came out and showed what kind of person sh really is.  "Beware of smiling snakes"
