I went to Carolina Furniture at 4199 Transit Rd Williamsville, NY 14221 on June 23, and purchased a mattress.  I put down $500, more than the required amount, and was told my mattress was in the warehouse in Jamestown and that I would have it delivered within 1-2 weeks, and
that someone would call me to schedule my delivery.  The sales representative, Michael Jones, assured me I would have my mattress in no more than two weeks.  I had not heard from them in those two weeks, so I called on July 7 and spoke with an unidentified male, who stated to call
back the next day because everything was closed.  I called back on July 8 at 2:13p and spoke with my salesman, Michael Jones.  I stated
to him I had not heard from anyone about setting up a delivery, he stated that the factory was shut down the first week of July, which was causing the delay.  He stated to me that someone would call me back to schedule my delivery. 
Having not heard anything, I called again on July 10 at 6:15p and spoke with an unidentified woman.  I provided her both my phone number associated with my number, and spelled my name 4 times for her, and she could not find my order. She asked who sold me the mattress,
and put Michael on the phone, who immediately knew who I was without me providing information.  He stated that someone would call me back that evening or the following day (today, July 11), to schedule my delivery.  I had not heard back, and knowing they close at 8p I called the store at 7:55p and no one answered.  I called 3 times after that, one of which was to another store where they transferred me to the Transit Rd location, still no answer.  I then called the main location in Orchard Park, and spoke with a woman Betty or Betsy.  I advised her that I was calling to cancel my
order, and that I would be going to the location I purchased the mattress from to pick up my down payment tomorrow.  She took my information, and said she would pass along the message.  I received a call from a cell phone 7 minutes later, from the "district manager", who stated I could stop in but that I would not be getting my deposit back and that it would be applied to a "restocking fee", and claimed that my mattress was a special order
and that is why I would not get my money back. I was told when I purchased my mattress that it was in stock and the Jamestown warehouse.  I went through my paperwork as well, and on the back page was "terms and conditions of sale", which had not been shown to me by my sales representative at
all.  The page I signed had nothing pertaining to the "terms and conditions".  The customer service has been awful, and nothing that has been verbally
promised has taken place.
