My daughter rented an apartment from Carol for 1 year. When she moved in she paid a deposit of $975. When she moved out ( leaving the apartment cleaner than it was when she moved in) she was promised her deposit back. She never received it back and was given no explanation, they just refused to communicate. Just because she is young (18) they figured they could rip her off.
