On the 13th of December 2004 I paid for two items on eBay via PayPal. The items never arrived, my several emails were NOT responded to.

The items in question were x2 super-hero annuals for my son's Christmas presents. My 4yr old son specifically requested these items himself and was heartbroken on Christmas morning.

I realise that eBay is renowned for untoward behaviour amongst sellers, however, this retailer seemed to have respectable credentials. I had also stated on purchasing the goods 3wks before that this was to be a gift for Xmas.

In view of this I filed a case with PayPal. The dispute was concluded in my favour and my account was refunded the total. Case No. PP-061-517-949.

Now the seller is taking action against me by ABUSING EBAY'S SYSTEM: I have recieved two non paying bidder strikes against me (once my refund was given the payment status on their system reverted to 'Pay Now'), lodged by this
seller.

In addition to this I have received retalliatory emails from the seller. This person will not get off my back. He/she is a crook - look at their feedback!

I have responded to Ebay's none paying bidder emails with the (concluded) case number, and so far no justice!

I've always used ebay fairly and with integrity only to find myself another victim of eBay's highly fallable system!
