Everyone has the same complaints.

Our part was broken. Just like so many other peoples parts were broken. We paid for $20 overnight delivery. Thye scammed us by sending a real Fed Ex tracking number BUT I called Fed Ex and they said, 'yes, carparts.com did print a slip for tracking, but (a week later) they had NOT given the product to FedEx for shipping. The company would not refund the overnight fee. They would call us back and they would not email us. They are awful. Dont do business here. It's worth it to spend a few more dollars and dead with a trusted company that honors their word.
