Carpenter Tire Factory lying, notfixing problems, nickel and diming Brookings Oregon

My truck would sometimes stall I tooki it to Carpenter tire factory in Brookings  Oregon to fix this specific problems and to do a diagnosis. They told me that the intake was dirty and had to be cleaned they also statred my brakes and rotors were bad and charged me approximately $600. All thgey did was do a diagnosis and spray carb cleaner into the intake. When I later had a good mehanic take a look at the problem who discovered it was low compression and fuel pressure. I also had the brakes checked by an honest person and he found out that the rotors were still good. Carpenter Tire factory still tried to have me pay for all kinds of other things later on without ever fixing the actual problem.
