I have been dealing with these people for a year. Basically, they did a very low grade tiling job in my bathroom and because a series of issues I had shopping for a vanity I didn't catch their lousy work until past the warranty period. But, that doesn't explain why they would tell the Better Business Bureau that they would repair "at no cost to the customer" and then when I called to schedule an appointment they informed me I would be paying for more tile and their installers. I've seen the quality of their installers and I'm not going there. So basically they will say whatever they need to in order to close the complaint with the BBB even if they have no intention of fulfulling that obligation.
