Carrs Automotive and Rental car STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE Pigeon Forge Tennessee

This place should be closed down. On April 11th 2014 we were in Pigeon Forge Tn for the Spring Rod Run, our car broke down in the parking lot of Logan's steakhouse. My wife googled roadside assistance this is the ppl we found and called. It took close to 2 hours for them to get the car, in car show traffic. They told us they were there until 3am and would call us as soon as they had an answer to the problem, never heard from them called when we woke up Saturday they didn't even know why our car was there no one made a ticket on it, even though the tow truck driver asked questions and was writing the whole time??? Well at first was told Cam position sensor, then cam position actuator solenoid , then the ECM which needed to be transported to Knoxville to be programmed once it got to the dealer they call and say it needs a new battery ok put one in it. Then by Tuesday I ask my wife to call the dealer. The dealer says they had all of these bad readings due to the dead battery!!! Dealer says it's the fuel pump! Told dealer to fix it and do not let Carrs get it back, which they did! We get to the dealer to pick it up and show him our receipt from Carrs and he says wow y'all have paid for a lot of unnecessary parts! Cost us $708.33 at cars(all wasted) $782 at West Chevrolet in Knoxville which were the nicest ppl ever! 

Also their nasty rental cars are awful!

we got a car from them at 11am on Saturday by 11pm same day we were standing on the side of the road waiting on them once again to pick us up, they did bring us another car that did manage to make it until we got our car back Tuesday however it felt like one of the front wheels was goung to fall off at any minute?

 

Awful experience with these ppl!
