Carta will call in telephone Companies to service their phone equipment. Then demand to be trained on what a Telcom Company pays thousands to be trained. They demand to know everything the tech has been trained, after the work is completed. If you do not comply they refuse to pay work you have done. Great scam. Our Company has sent two other Vendor's to Carta and they have not been paid. These people need to be stopped.
