please join me to bring this man to justice. anybody scammed by this man(tom richmond), please join me. this man has scammed 900,000 dollars. he solicitated me to finance up to 10 mil upon depositing 900,000 dollars as a collateral and never performed. 
this man next to asian man is tom richmond. he was in korea and scammed this asian man. there are many unknown victims. we must stop this man from harming other innocent people.

this western man in the picture is thomas richmond. when you hear his name or in physical contact, please report him to this ripoff report site. we are looking for him and bring him to the justice.
there are multiple victims and he is still on the loose to hurt other innocent people.
