Case-Mate KICK STAND FEATURE IS MANUFACTURED UPSIDE DOWN Tucker Georgia

I purchased two Cell Phone Cases from Case-Mate who is a well known manufacturer of Cell Phone Accessories. I purchased 2 Cases referred to as POP Cases for my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Cell Phone. One of the main features is a Kick Stand which is used for proping the phone up to play games, watch movies, etc. The Kick Stand was manufactured so the phone is upside down when used in the horrizontal or landscape mode. This defect makes the product unusable. I contacted Case-Mate Customer Service to inquire about this defect. Their response was to blame it on my Phone. They said Smart Cell Phones are capable of rotating the screen 360 degrees so it doesn't matter if the Kick Stand is upside down. It is true that Cell Phones are capable og 360 screen rotation but there a lot of games and websites that lock the rotation and displays the game or image in the customary right side up. Because the Kick Stand is mounted upside down these games and images are on the screen upside down. Any other Case offered by other companies have their Kick Stands mounted the opposite way as Case-Mate My complaint with Case-Mate is that they will not take responsibility for their manufacturing error. The reason I am doing a Rip Off Report is because I want others to not purchase this product without knowing about this defect. Case-Mate offeres a way to write a review on their websit regarding their products. I wrote a negative review and they refused to publishe it. This is evidence that they only publish good reviews. That is so unfair and fraudulent. 

What is really sad about this is the POP Case is a very good product. Case-Mate needs to admit to their mistake and start placing the Kick Stand right side up.
