Cash Advance USA Jose' Garcia Jose' called and threaten me about paying back money that I did not recieve from this company. Internet, California

I received a phone call at work TODAY 9/4/2012 from a Jose Garcia. He started the conversation by saying I was being taking to court from Cash Advance USA for getting a $300.00 loan initially and when they tried to debt my account for re-payment they had 6 returned Checks and stated I was being prosecuted for writing bad checks and basically stealing this money. He told me I had a right to an attorney and if it went to court Id pay for these  fines and fees. He then told me the client is willing to resolve this outside of court but first I had get an attorney and if so, what is his name. I then told him that I had not received any money from this company and they will not get a dime from me.

I called my bank and there was no such transaction from a deposit from these people the only deposits were my pay checks I called him back and he refused to talk about the case he just wanted his money. It just doesnt add up. He also said prior to our conversation had I been contacted about this issue and I told him NO ! He said well dont interrupt me and let me explain that is when he began to tell me all this. He told me that he got the file 3 days ago, on his desk.

No one fall for this it is 100% a complete Scam into getting you to pay these ridiculous amounts by telling you your going to be taking to court and end up paying thousands of dollars to scammers.
