I had a missed call on my cell phone when I took my break and saw that I had a missed call from some number I did not recognize, they also left me a voicemail. He was foreign and I could barley understand him in the first place, he then called my job as I was checking my phone and I let that go to my mail box and the same thing same message saying god bless and may you have luck on this situation at hand.

I know voices very well if I've heard them once before, the first person to call me was Kevin Ray, and the second call I got today was from a complete different person but same voice. He was very rude in this voice message. I called back Kevin Ray and asked what this was in regards to and he just kept saying that I had a law suit against me and I need my attorney to contact them right away, well I dont have an attorney and asked again what this was in regardes to.

He then finally told me I was being sued by Cash Advance USA for taking a $300 dollar loan I checked my statement and I saw that $300 dollars was put into my account but I didnt ask for the loan when they had called I told them no I was not interested. Well on June 5th I show a payment of $90 dollars on my account and when the man called and said I was being sued because I have not paid on my account I emailed my bank and they said it had been posted to my account and now the company is saying I never paid I do not think so. I am having to close that account.

I have not picked up a phone since then for any out of state calls that I think might be these people or person. My voice mail today states that I will have police come to my job or my house to arrest me. Can they actually arrest someone for not paying a loan back? I know it goes against your credit score but I never heard of jail time. This just makes me nervous. They all get rude and snippy with me. I work in a professional business so I know how you are supposed to talk over the phone and this is most definitly not the way to do it as what they are doing.

Still Calling

AUTHOR: anonymous09 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 26, 2012

Every call I get they are very strong accented I just stopped answering.

I am not sure how I received their loan, I went for another loan that day with a different company and when I checked that next morning I had two loans in there. And an inclearing check for 99.99 from this company but it was rejected by my bank.

These people should be stopped and placed out of business. Or a Lawyer should really call and talk to them about their scam and they need to stop.

Its retarded and I dont have time for their childish acts.

If so - they are scammers period. FYI You cannot be arrested for a debt.  My question is how did you get money in your account?

Girl they can't do anything to you but put it on your credit report and maybe stop you from getting a loan else where, but other than that, Nothing!  However you can tell them to not call your place of employment or you will have your attorney give them a call due to that being against the law for them to call your job.  Have no fear sistah girl, all they can do is make up lies to scare you, Hey why not tell them that your going to send the police to their place of business for breaking and entering (because they are breaking there necks to enter your business) hehehehe.  Hope this helps ya.  Have a great one.
