I recieved a call from a legal company informing me that Cash Advance USA filed a lawsuit against me for nonpayment of a loan. I never recieved a loan from them and when I told the "atty", who said his name is Adam Garcia, that I never got a loan from them he simply said thank you and hung up

I just got off the phone with an 'ALex Cooper' who claimed to be a state's attorney but would not give me any information/details/dates of claim. Said I would be arrested at my job if I did not pay $475 not paid. I told him all my

loans were paid and he tried asking how many loans I had and said I may have just missed one- which I know is not true. And why would the company issue an arrest over the phone and not send a claim filed in court. My heart was beating so fast I almost paid him over the phone, but then I said I did have an attorney I could get to help me and he hung up!!
