Cash Advance Usa A Mr. Steven Jones called me at work and on my cell telling me I was gonna be sued for lack of payment on a payday loan That I never approved or received. He threanted to keep calling and also talk to La Mesa, California

I was lucky I have not been ripped off. But the scam is a person posseing as a lawyer from Cash Advance USA. The man is named Steven Jones. He called me at work and on my cell.He is telling me I am being sued for lack of payment on a loan I never applied for or received.He threnten to keep calling me and he is going to call my manager at work.Im not sure the amount he said. He has a bad foreign accent and hard to understand. The first call came from Maryland and The second from La Mesa California. 

People have to be made aware of this scam so others don't fall victom to it. I caught on with the first call.

If you do get this same call. Report it to your bank, the F.T.C  and all magor creditors. Most of all do not answer any more of their calls.You need to realize this is a scam from the beginning so you don't get taken.
