Payday Loans, Cash America WARNING If not paid on time they will break down the payment five times and charge your checking account and overdraft your account with no limit Brookings South Dakota

I got a payday loan for $ 500.00 and the due date was on Friday, I was sick so I went on Monday and they ran my check thru on Saturday my check bounced so they electronicaly split my check and charged my bank five times at 110.92 each and my Bank charged me 30.00 fived times and I had only written one check for $ 500.00. this was on 6/24/02 and I have yet to get this cleared up.

I wrote to the Attorney General and he investigated my claim, they responded with a lie and said they sold my check to Cash America on 6/1/02 but the charges show on my checking account on 6/24/02 and say Brookings Bank of South Dakota.

They do not tell you they can do this to the checking account and it caused other checks to bounce and I had to close my checking or they could split the five payments and charge my account.
