THIS COMPANY LEND US 1,000 DOLLARS AND HAS BEEN TAKING OUT MONEY EVEY MONTH TO PAY THE LOAN BACK. WE ARE ALMOST DONE SO WE CALL TO GET PAY OFF AMOUNT AND THEN SAY ITS 200 A MTH FOR INTEREST!! I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS INFORMATION AND I NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING! I HAVE ALL MY PAPERWORK THEY ASKED FOR AND ALL IT WAS A VOIDED CHECK AND COPIES OF OUR BANK STATEMENTS..I WANT TO PAY THE REMAINING OF WHAT WE OWE AND BE DONE WITH THEM!

but it's not a rip off. If you talked with them on the phone you agreed to the APR and repayment schedule. They sent you the paperwork electronically which had the APR & repayment schedule and you signed it electronically.
I didn't find information on a $1000 loan but their $2600 loan breaks down like this:
$2600 loan amount
$2525 amount you'll get
$ 75 loan fee off the top
139.22% APR (could be higher)
47 monthly payments
$294.46 amount of monthly payment
And the one they don't show you: The total amount you'll pay back $13,839.96
Your total loan repayment would be roughly half this amount, around $10,000. But the number of payments and amount per payment are about the same. This company is a high interest loan center for people that don't have good credit. it's a poor choice but since they tell you everything up front and then live up to what they tell you it's not a rip off. And yes, if you can come up with the money to pay them off early do so. But make sure you keep the documentation that's it's paid in full.
