Well, like other stories that I have read here yes yes I have one too. It started when I wanted to consolidate my accounts at that time I was not in debt, but I wanted to pay one source. I called Cashcall inc. and they said they could consolidate my debt.... really I did the math, but the person was very persistent.

I HAVE BEEN PAYING MY ACCOUNT AS WE AGREED, BUT OF COURSE LIKE ANYONE ONE OF US THINGS HAPPEN. AT THAT TIME I CALLED MY CREDITORS AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL EXCEPT CASHCALL INC. THIS WAS THE VERY FIRST TIME I HEARD CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATAVES BEING RUDE, DISGUSTING, BULLIES, ANOYING, AND ACTING LIKE MOBSTERS. I THOUGHT TO MYSELF, AM I DEALING WITH A LONE SHARK I WAS SPEECHLESS BECAUSE I NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH DISRESPECT FROM A CREDITOR IN MY LIFE.

CASH CALL INC. REPRESENTATIVES WERE CALLING ME EVERY SINGLE DAY IN THE MORNINGS, BEFORE NOON, AFTERNOON, EARLY EVENING, EVENING, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAYS.

ALL THEIR REPRESENTATIVES STATE THE SAME THING
1.CAN YOU BORROW THE MONEY
2.WHY CAN'T YOU PAY
3.DID YOU KNOW YOU NEEDED TO PAY THIS ACCOUNT
4.WE MADE YOU FAVOR
5.ARE YOU LYING
6.YOU NEED TO BE MORE RESPONSIBLE
7.WE NEED TO GET PAID
8.CAN YOU BORROW FROM FRIEND OR FAMILIES (AGAIN)
9.YOU KNOW WHAT CAN HAPPEN IF YOU DO NOT PAY
10.YOU BETTER NOT HANG UP ON ME OR ELSE
11.AND OTHERS DIGRATING QUESTIONS

I KNOW THAT THEIRS OTHERS OUT THERE THAT HAVE BEEN ABUSED BY CASHCALL INC. IF YOU ARE A LAWYER CONTACTS ALL OF US WHO USE CASH CALL INC. FOR A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT.

you will be arrested if you do not pay your debt;
they will seize, garnish, attach, or sell your property or wages, unless the collection agency or creditor intends to do so, and it is legal to do so; or
