Any of these places have the terms available on the website or in printed form if you go into a local office. If YOU wouldn't have destroyed YOUR credit by YOU not paying YOUR bills on-time, then YOU wouldn't need to go to these places.  If YOU read the terms and still agree to the interest rates...guess what...that's what YOU agreed to! 

You aren't ENTITLED to free money.  What YOU have further disclosed is YOU took out a loan with these people and true to form, YOU haven't paid them on time either!  Then YOU come here and wail about their collections efforts...collection efforts YOU turned on by continuing in YOUR deadbeat ways.  Grow up and learn responsibility.  Also, don't waste your time claiming I work for them or anyone else in that industry, because I don't!
