Cash Call Western Sky, Dilbert Services Loan Sharks Nationwide

 I had some financial hardship and received a loan in the amount of $2500 from Western Sky, with a monthly payment of $294.00. After 1 yr had passed, I contact the company which was now Cash Call and I inquired about my loan balance, I was told that I owed $2900 dollars and the payments that i made been making on a monthly basis only went towrds the 130% interest balance that I incurred daily. I was shocked and very upset when I received the loan it was not explained to me otherwise I would have not went that route. I have since paid close to $5000, and I asked them if I could make an offer to settled this with the knowledge of it going on my credit report as a settled account not paid in full. The offered them half of the balance and the countered offered $2500. I feel stuck, frustrated I would like to join any class action suit against them.
