Cash Flow Kit Scam,There has to be something that can be done!!!!! San Diego California

I havve been desperate to find a way to supplement my income, and this company got me.  Timing could not be worse it is Christmas time and I want my kids to have a great Christmas.  I was told that Cash Flow Kit was going to hold $1.00 on my credit card, and I would be able to try their kit for 3 days at which time I could choose to keep it or cancel for a full refund.  

I immediately knew it was a scam when my accout was charged $159.00 instead of the $1.00.  I called the number that was given to me for support and spoke to an agent who said that my kit would be cancelled and I would receive a refund in 10-14 business days.  That was unacceptable to me.  I fought with them all day to speak to a supervisor or someone in billing, which they refused.  They refused every one of my requests.  I asked for their email and they told me they could not give me that information.  Really??? Their email is on their recording.  They say it is support@pcgsupport.com.  I sent and email, and what do you know I got a mailer deamon notice.  

This cannot be legal, there has to be something that can be done.  This cannot be legal.  This is false advertisement.  Has anyone been successful in receiving their refund?  Is there any legal action that can be taken?
