Cash Net Express Tried to rip me off by stating I defaulted on payday loan Nationwide

Some guy with a heavy accent called me to begin with and I hung up. Next he called back yet again and said he was transferring me to a supervisor. The supervisor also with a accent stated that I defaulted on a payday loan for cash net and instead of them running after me for the money they hired his law firm, National Monetary Crime Division. This is such a rip off as they threaten to send you to jail which is against the law unless you have a bench warrant and a payday company wouldn't do that. Secondly they state they can get you fired which is also untrue. I contacted my local Sheriff's office who is currently looking into this. The supervisor (Gary Brown) told me that if I didn't settle with him it would cost me $5000 but if I went through him it would be only $1000 and he can stop the jugdement from being downloaded onto my computer. This guy had all my information and was calling me on my work phone so I had fraud alerts put on all my credit reports just in case. He called from a 991-279-9100 and when I asked what number I could reach him he gave me 415-200-0265 which of course didn't work and also 415-200-0259. They keep calling but never do they give you a number to call them back but instead leave messages of I will call you and to pick up.
