Do not Use this Company. SCAM

This company does not list a physical address or phone number. The same thing happened to me yesterday. I was contacted by a lady (Thelona) on my home phone. I responded back. Then I worked with a guy (Sam Wilson) that asked my to use Money Pack. I sent $210.00, expecting $2,000.00 in 40 minutes. I went home thinking it would work. The lady even when calling used the term (Have a Blessed Day) I was suspicious, but I went the 1st step. The so called Manager called me back and asked for another $300.00.

I blew up. How do these companies exist having access to finincial data, scam people and face no punishment? I told the Manager that I was going to look into his company with the BBB. He told me that his company was registered with BBB. Not TRUE!! It's not on their website. That's something that you showcase on the first page. He pleaded with me not to inquire. Too Late!! This company is well hidden, with no reviews or complaints at first glance. You have to really dig for the information. The phone numbers are out of Reno NV.

Again, Please do not use this company!!!!

This is called the Advance Fee Loan scam

AUTHOR: FloridaNative - ()

POSTED: Sunday, June 08, 2014

If you go to FTC(dot)gov and check out the consumer scams portion of the website, you will see that the Advance Fee Loan Scam has been around for a long time. It is impossible to keep track of the names of these "companies" because the scammeer changes names and 'borrows' the names of legitimate companies to pull off their scam. You know they are a scammer the moment they ask you for any money upfront before the loan is issued - no matter what they call the fee, it is illegal for an advance fee to be charged prior to the issuance of a consumer loan in the US. Thank goodness you caught on with the payment of one fee only. There are others on this site that paid mutiple times and lost many hundreds of dollars. These scammers keep going with the excuses as to their lack of funding until you catch onto the scam.

From what I can tell, the scammer gets your personal information from you when you fill out a request for a payday type loan or other type cash service loan online.

File a police report for the loss of funds. Also file a report with the FTC(dot)gov and the attorney's general's office. The best way to stop them is to hang up when they call you.
