Stay Away from Cash Transfer Center alias E Care Centers. They have no email address you can write to, various telephone numbers, mostly out of the Manitoba area British Columbia, also out of Canada. Operating out of a Malta offshore address, but this is not even a good address. If you thinking of taking out a loan with them beware, they will not negotiate if you want to make arrangements to pay it back. They have addresses in Oaks Pennsylvania and Delaware, but they are only forwarding addresses. They will harass and threaten you, call your employer with threats and your references as well.

I took out a loan with them and offered to make arrangments to pay it back. They will not give you a physical address, because they operate illegally. You can only send them a Western Union Quick Collect. It is virtually impossible to even reach them by phone, but they can reach you and make harassing calls to you at work, even when you advise them to stop. When you're due date comes in to make the repayment, they will call you again on that date with a harassing call "today's the day". Very upsetting as they will not give you an address to write or mail a cashiers check to them.

Stay away please it will cause you untolled grief it is not work it. They are so unethical as to when they send you a demand for payment tell you that you can reloan with them after they receive your payment.

Please avoid the grief it is a nightmare dealing with this "loan sharks". They have to be employing the lowest of the lowest to work for them, who have not ethics either.
