Cash USA Cash America USA Scam Artist At Its Worst, Internet

Tom Jones called my office and my boss answered the phone. He proceeded to tell my boss that he was an investigator and that he needed to speak to me right away that I was in alot of trouble. I owed them money and I was going to be arrested. Of course my boss called my cell right away scared out of his wits. When I returned the call to Tom Jones, I informed him that in Texas (1) telling someone other than myself what that call was about was illegal and (2) bill collectors cannot call me at work. He then said fine I will see you in court. I ask what court and when I have not been notified of court proceedings.

Still wouldnt tell me what I had done. FYI...He had such a thick accent I could barely understand the man. He then tells me look here you little m***** f*****. Ok now Im mad, so he gets cussed right back and a few racists remarks (not my finest moment) and I hung up on him. I waited about 10 min and called the number back and get a woman. Ask her what all of this was about she tells me I owe Cash USA 500.00 loan that i never repaid. I proceeded to inform her I did take a payday loan at Christmas from Cash Advance for 200.00 only with a finance charge of 52.00 that was repaid in full on January 24th and I could provide proof of that.

I have not gotten a loan that large. All she said was okay ma'am there must be some miscommunication from our client and you. I said there is no miscommunication I can prove my part. She tells me then she will make sure I dont get any more calls from them. When I got home I verified with my bank and I never recieved a 500.00 Loan from anyone. They had my work number, my home number (there was a msg. on my machine when I got home which I saved), and the last 4 digits of my social. That scares me, I am so careful with my information. Now I have to worry about someone getting that stuff. What do I do? Let alone now my boss thinks Im going to jail soon.
