Cashcall I was late on one monthly payment because my bank account changed and they have not stopped calling every since, even after I paid what I owed. Anaheim Internet

I've had a loan with Cashcall which I had been paying for 17 months without any problems. Then I changed my bank and faxed over my new bank information a week before the next payment was due. Apparently they claimed they never got it and then the harassing calls began.

Because they did not have my current phone number as well, they starting harassing my aunt about the loan and then my dad. I did manage to pay most of the loan, but it didn't stop there. They then sent the payment to collections even when it wasn't even a week late. They made me pay by Moneygram which was so inconvienent because Moneygram charges a bunch of money to use and they kept me on hold for a half an hour before I got a hold of someone to pay Cashcall and that I had to come up with the money in a hurry.

Within days they again starting harassing me about paying off what was still due as well as next month's payment and again they want me to pay them by MoneyGram. Since the first time I used moneygram, I've faxed over my current bank account information at least five times and four times they claimed they never got the fax. They finally got it on the fifth time. Also within one week, they've called me at least five times asking when I'm going in to pay the monthly payment and five times I've told them that I'm going in on Friday to pay it.

I wonder if the employees at Cashcall talk to each other. I really don't appreciate them calling me everyday and calling my close relatives whenever they couldn't get a hold of me.
