I agree whole heartedly with the rest of the complaints on this website, their stories was like reading my own story. These people take advantage of out of state investors gain your trust and then the moment the deal is closed bam you are on your own if any problems arise.
I believe they should be sued for predatory practices, false and misleading advertisement and if it was illegal to be morally wrong and to prey on honest people they should be sued for that! Maybe a class action suit against this company would be a great idea!
Do not even think about investing, if it sounds too good to be true take my word for it, it is! Take your investment money and go with a reputable company that is local to the Rochester NY area and do your homework, no investment is guaranteed but at least one shouldnt have to be concerned with dishonesty and predatory practices.
