I first started receiving phone calls at work from a company called cash net usa. I called to find out who and what this company was and I spoke with some foreign man saying that I had neglected to pay for a payday loan in the amount of 300.00 that they had deposited into my bank account. I stated to this man, that I have never had a payday with cashnet.usa and I have no idea what he was talking about. They then called a few more times. I called them back again and told them don't call my job nomore or else their was gonna be some serious problems.

I thought that this was done and over because I hadn't heard anything else from them since October.

Well now I have started getting threatening phone calls at my job again, but now from Charles Brown who is posing as a Financial Officer @ Dept of financial investigations. Charles Brown has called my job threatening that he was coming to my job, and he was going to arrest me for neglecting to pay for a payday loan now in the amount of 410.00 instead of 300.00.

I stated to Charles Brown that I had no idea of what he was talking about, because I never had a payday loan from nobody in the amount of 410.00. He told me then that if I didn't have a payday loan that I was gonna be in big trouble and he was coming to my job on Monday morning to arrest me take me to jail and then I would have to go to court.

Charles Brown told me to get a pen and paper to take down some information in regards to a case # that I needed to take care of this loan, and just to listen to what he had to say, so I did because I wanted to know what he was going to say.

Once I tried to get the information of his address he would not comply. All he told me was that he was coming from New York, and I needed to pay for this loan or go to jail. I then stated to him again that he was crazy and I didn't know what he was talking about.

Charles Brown then started cursing at me really bad telling me that I needed to pay this "F'in" loan. I asked Charles Brown why was he cursing and getting all irate, and he stated because he had to do this "F'in" job. I told him to get a real job and quit scammin people and he wouldn't have to do the "F'in" job.

To whom this may concern, we need to put a stop to this immediately. This action can not keep going on and these people keep being free. They need to go to jail for life. I have filed a complaint with the bbb, now with the rip off complaint, and also going to my local police dept. to file a complaint.

These people MUST be stopped.
