This company buys unused diabetic test strips. On 9/14/14 I sent them via priority mail three boxes of One Touch Verio test strips at $40.00 eash with $10.00 promo code. I traced the shipment with my USPS tracking and the recieved my shipment on 9/19/17. Since 10/1/17 I have called them four times and sent them five e-mails asking where my payment was. They promise payments will be sent back in 48 hours. To date I have not recieved my payment or even recieved an e-mail or phone call telling me when my payment was or will be sent. To top it off on 10/5/17 I recieved an e-mail asking if I have more test strips to sell. I have dealt with this company for two years but I feel that they are just ripping people off.

Tracking the package is an important step for consumers. Reputable companies will offer free shipping or reimburse for shipping. Write down or photograph that tracking number! We encourage consumers to read a company's Terms and Conditions prior to mailing in their test strips.
A few companies issue payment within 48 hours of 'processing' a customer's shipment versus when they actually receive it. Thus, A company may take several days or weeks to actually inspect and grade the boxes, thereby, delaying payment for a customer needing to pay bills with the proceeds. Calling the company is another important step. Find a company that answers the telephone and uses several other means of communications in a personable manner.
Several companies offer the high end payment of $40 for OT Verios while several offer only $20. If a company fails to pay in a timely manner, it may be better to find another company after establishing a relationship first.
