ARMIK BABAKHANIANS,FROM CASPIAN CONSTRUCTION IN WINNIPEG, DESTROYED A CITY PARK WHERE THE BIRDS AND PEOPLE WOULD RELAX AND PLAY CHESS..HE SAID THAT HE WAS GONNA BUILD A PARKADE THERE AND WITHOUT PERMISSION DESTROYED THE PARK..NOW ALL WE HAVE IS A GRAVEL LOT..HE IS INVOLVED IN THIS PARKING LOT WITH JOHN BUHLER WHO CLAIMS TO BE SUPPORTIVE OF THE WINNIPEG DOWNTOWN..AND RUSS KNIGHT, BANKRUPT AT LEAST 5 TIMES,,LAWYER KEN CARROLL WHO DOES ALL THE DIRTY PAPER WORK FOR ALL, AND WELL KNOWN TO BE THE FRONT MAN FOR ALL THESE PEOPLE DIRTY MR RAYMOND RYBACHUK..

AT LEAST HE TELLS IT LIKE IT IS ,,,QUOTE IT WAS A DRUG INFESTED DANGEROUS PARK SO IT WAS DESTOYED.. WINNIPEG FREE PRESS 2010,(WHATS A MATTER CUTTING IN ON BUSINESS BOYS)..RYBACHUK AND ARMIK FROM CASPIAN CONSTRUCTION ARE WELL KNOWN PARTNERS IN MANY BUSINESS VENTURES FOR MANY YEARS.. JUST READ UP ON THEM ..MILLIONARES CLUB ON TAXPAYERS DIME...RUSS KNIGHT AND KEN CARROLL DO THE TIDYING UP ON ALL THE PAPERWORK,,,AND MR JOHN BUHLER SEEMS TO FUND THESE PUKES..THE RICH GET RICHER ILLEGALLY BY HOLDING US HOSTAGE AND DESTROYING OUR PARKS,,AND THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOTHING..
