Merchandisers BEWARE on wasting your time, gas, and manhours with Castforce.  I signed up with Castforce almost a year ago.  Their website and portal looks pretty cool and inviting.  I took a couple of assignments from them that actually did not pay much, but I scheduled them in a cluster so it can be worth my time and effort. I traveled to do these shops took pictures, spent hours in manhours, travel and gas also inputing the shops. I am noticing that when I submit my shops they are not invoiced to be paid even though it has portals to show you when the next cycle is to be paid.  I waited for over a month and only saw I would be paid for a fraction of the work I did.  I emailed and called the support center.  They claimed they sent me an email that I never recovered that I did not take the picture correctly of the completely reset planogram, so they will not approve and I will not get paid. I was annoyed the first time and thought ok, MY BAD I have to be more precise the next time.  So I wasted gas, time, and cost me money, but at the end of the day Castforce still recieved a reset gondola with a picture and a sign-off from the manager of the store. (Free labor and paid by their client-I was not)mmmmm.  Six months later I said let me try them again, maybe before it was a misunderstanding on my part.  There were resets for $15.00 a store.  The first store it did took me 2 hours(Yikes), but I did not want them to pull the same nonsence so I crossed every T and dotted every I.  Also, after you agreed to do the $15.00 gig they send you an agreement that each reset product cost $20.00.  So they position themselves to get you if you can not complete they project, it will cost you at least $5.00 to every project.

 I've completed 6 project s@ 15.00 ontime.  I see I am only approved for 3 @ $15.00 when I have gone out on 3 separate days for 4-6 hours each day to complete plus coming back home to submit these resets.

Additionally, Castforce is not above board in their practices.  You cannot sneeze or you will find a way to penalized you and they find a reason not to pay you.  They contacted me in August to do a Walmart Harware reset.  They advertised it would be $75.00 for the day.  I immediated inquired how many hours?  They scheduler stated 6-7 probably less.  It would be a team of 4 people to do the reset.  I said well I could be available keep me updated on on the exact hours and times.  I heard nothing until the day before the reset and we had to report at 8am.  I recieved no information, contact or lead for the project.  I emailed him and he said everything was fine, but I still did not have any pertinent  information.  I arrived at Walmart 1 hour away and a 30 mile drive oneway and it is only one other person, no lead and no instructions for a 1000 peg hardware reset that could not be  completed in 6 hours if you had 8 people on the project.  I called and emailed the portal.  No response todate from Castforce, but they called me later that morning and scold me for not leaving the store.  I told that person what happened they immediately backpeddled and said a manager would contact me, but I have not heard anything or a response beingcompensated  or apology for that wasted time, gas and ultimately money out of my pocket.

I am working to make a little money, because that all they offer.  I expect to respected and get paid for my efforts.  If I woanted to volunteer my time I would go up to my childs school allday and give free labor to something that matters.

SHAME on you CASTFORCE!

I can see why this contractor would feel this way after getting ripped off over work in which I got ripped off $4000 and not notified that they would take all my money off my debt card in which this was my christmas money, if interested in class action lawsuit any contractors lets join together to shutdown this business or get what we are owned!

I can see where the contractor is coming from because the company has been slacking as of late of getting people that do do the work lately extra incentive. Their cheif officer needs to stop insulting contractors because I have done nothing but work to my fullest for this company and the appreciation lacks period at this time. They are not in the contractors shoes and know only how to get accounts and spend money, but when it comes to throwing a bit of extra money somewhere or asking for a bit of the lift.

They act as if they asking them to perform a miracle because it goes both ways. I have covered stores in which no contractor covers, so don't think I'm stupid. They have gone out of their way many times no doubt but so have I! I don't like to see contractors unhappy they have a company to run and should do it right so every contractor is satisfied period. People need to make money the economy is hurting everyone even self-employed people like myself! So, cut us some slack!
