Casting360 continued to make charges to my credit card even after I called to cancel. internet 

I initially called their number because a friend told me that they needed extras for a film being shot locally. They said they needed a credit card number and would only bill me $1. They then went on to say how there was an introductory offer of two weeks free to try out their site. I agreed to that, and then went and checked out their website. Once I signed in I realized it was not what I had been led to expect. I called back and cancelled immediately. I told them I had 'buyers remorse', so to speak, and NOT to charge any money to my credit card. They said I needed to call another number to cancel, and I tried to call, without success. They went ahead and charged an additional $1.98 on that same date, and then $34.90 two weeks later and still another $29.95 eight days after that! I called and told them I wanted my money refunded and they said I needed to call that other number they gave me. They then proceeded to play back our phone conversation where I explicitly stated that I wanted to cancel everything and said they were not going to give me any refund because I did not call the other number they gave me. (The one I was not able to get through on.) They then said they would cancel me, but I was not entitled to any refund even though I never used their services or tried to. Now I am being billed a total of $67.83 for absolutely nothing.
