Accepted a loan from this company with very high interest rate because of the convienence. I called to pay my loan off in full but the customer service representative refused to help and continued to ask questions that were irrelevant (I confirmed my full name, full social security number, address, and email). It's obvious they do not want people to payoff their loans and just continue to pay interest. I asked for a manager and he did exactly the same thing. Employees are definately trained to do anything but allow a customer to payoff their loan. Just stay away for this company!!!!!
