I am writing this report to hopefully help other people out there to not get involved with Castle Payday cash advances! I filled for a cash loan to cover some costs related to an unforeseen emergency in the amount of $500.00. I prepared this loan in full completely on the web and never spoke to any humans in the process of doing this. I versified my pay date to be on January 25th 2013 when I knew my funds were going to be available in my bank account. I had an email sent to me on 1/22/2013 which stated that I needed to ensure my loan was paid for and that I had three options.

1. Renew the loan for another $175 finance charge.

2. Pay the loan in full of $675.00 ( this was called justify

3. This involved paying more money of $25.00 more for something.

I immediately went online and chose the option to pay the amount in full which looks like it never registered correctly because they only charged my account $175. [continued below]....
.....00 instead of the full $675. Now they are telling me that I never logged into my account which I did and they are charging another $175.00 on top of the already borrowed $675 totaling $850.00. I called the company and spoke to different phone support techs who told me to write an email about my complaint and that I was responsible to pay the loan in full plus the $175.00 extra amount due to not calling them in advance. I called back 5 different times to try and find someone that actually knew how to talk and hopefully knew how to answer questions instead of the same old I can't help you crap. I asked to speak with a supervisor each time I called and was told that they were busy helping other customers. I asked if there was only one supervisor on duty and demanded that they call me back when they were available. I was told that the supervisor or the tech would call me back and I never received a call back. I was also told that I would receive an email response in regards to my complaint. I sent two emails now and received no response to either of those as well.

In my opinion if they can write in the fine print that I need to call them to ensure my loan is being processed then I have the write to do the same. If they don't call me back I don't feel like I need to be responsible to pay for any thing more than the finance charge that they already stole from me.

If anyone is looking to take out a cash loan to cover your emergency stay away from castle payday they are a ripoff and useless in offering any help to their customers.
