If you are thinking of re-financing your mortgage or taking out an equity loan dont do business with this company!!

I started with them the 2nd week of November 2005 and I am still waiting for them to come through. I paid $380.00 for their appraisal, and had to get them more paperwork from the city as requested by them. Now they want mls listings after I provided the bill of sales for 5 properties, but because they were sold by owners, they won't allow them.

I have not heard a thing from them in 4 weeks!!. I could have gone to any other company I did the on line thing from lending tree and chose them. Dont make the same mistake I did avoid them like they have a disease! A lot of time wasted, faxes sent, and information provided for nothing!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM! Find another company to do business with!
