 I went to one of my companies that I do business with on a reguolar basis, therefore: when a pop-up came up and asked, "would you like to take a Kohl's survey?  It will only be four questions."  Since it stated that it had an association with Kohls, I assumed that it was legitimate, so, I took the survey.

No where on the pop-up screen did it say that if you got the free items, but, did not cancel it within 14 days that you would be billed at the full price.  In my case, I was supposed to have only paid $5.99 for some off-the-wall brand of mens cologne. I went on line to check my Bank of America credit card and there was a suspicious charge for $95.00.  I told them I did not know the company, had not done any business with them; but, they stated that I must wait until the billing came in before I could dispute the charge.

Well, the bill came in today, I called Bank of America and told them I wanted to dispute this charge because I had not authorized any such charge.  The "manager" informed me that even though it may not say that you would have to pay the full price if you didnt cancel the program within 14 days, that it did on their website and refused to do a chargeback to these crooks.  I guess Bank of America must bed "in bed" with these slime ball crooks.

So, to any of you who are thinking the way I was, that the pop-up truly had any association with the company that you went to because you do do business with them, stop. Do not take the survey or you will get hooked by these crooks like so many others.  And, what gets me is, the banks know that they are crooked, but, they refuse to do anything about it.  Bank of America has a reputation of taking sides of the crooks and to hell with their own customers.

I want this filed with the BBB and I am going to personally contact my state Attorney General's office and try to get a class-action lawsuit started against these slime balls.  If you think that "your bank" is looking out for "your" best interest; be warned, they are not. They would prefer to take the side of criminals and make you pay this.

I dont know yet, but, I think it is a recurring charge every month. Thing is, I have never received anything at all from this company. So, this is the "grand-daddy" of all rip-offs.  Beware. You have been informed. Do not take any surveys, no matter who they say they are.
