Catherine Lockey ,@oz2designs threatens to post false bloggs to avoid paying, will rip you off AVOID this customer east Berlin, Pennsylvania

Catherine Lockey contacted my company and stated she needed a block for her washer . She was given an estimate over the phone for that part , labor and service fee. She was advised that we would have to send a technician to her home to fully diagnose the unit. The fee would be $75.00 and she would be given a complete estimate at that time. Ms.Lockey agreed and set up an appointment. The tech arrived and diagnosed the unit , she had more problems then she stated on the phone. Ms. Lockey declined the estimate and stated to the tech that she could buy a new washer , have it delivered and installed for $300.00 . The tech said that is fine , how would you like to pay for the service fee? Ms Lockey said I am not and physically pushed the tech out of her home. The tech advised the owner that this customer refused to pay, the owner of the company called Ms. Lockey. Ms. Lockey advised the owner that she is a blogger that is what she does for a living. If he tries to collect anything , she will post negative blogs about his company. he replied just because you write it does not make it true. Ms. Lockeys response was "do you want to make a bet ". Then Mr. Lockey took the phone and threatened to Kill the owner. asking "where do you live"" I am going to beat your a** " . Now Ms. Lockey has set out to do exactly as she threatened to do. Populate the internet with false , malisious reports all to get out of paying a $75.00 service fee that she agreed to. We would never have sent a tech to her home unless she did. If Ms. Lockey is willing to ruin her reputation for $75.00, what is she willing to do for a little more money. Don't believe anything Ms. Lockey post, she uses her position to threaten and extort companys all to avoid payment.
