 I'm only replying to point out how low this woman will stoop to stir the pot for a scrap of information. This complaint is almost 2 yrs old. To date she has known about this report and not chosen to respond. She's only interested now to get enjoyment from Bullying and hoping I tip my hand. Her line of information into my doings has been totally severed.

On the advise of someone who knows well, doesnt like her or how low she'll go to Bully and build herself up I say this. When this woman isnt twisting the truth she's lying or stealing money from customers. Yep I was her customer once, never again. She accepted money from me for a kitten she was supposed to get but was out of a job and needed money to pay her Bill's.

She opted to take money for her pick kitten. The agreement when money was transferred was I was to get a registered female to use for breeding. Knowing she never intended to give me the registration papers. Clearly here she can be seen again trying to get more money from me over the cat. This after she registered the cat I paid her for, in her name.

There was never any talk of me paying or owing anyone anything more when she accepted my payment as outline for kitten. I have submitted the proof and will not defend myself to the likes of her trying to stir the pot again. You took your best shot Catherine you'll get no more opportunities to get a rise out of me or information. Anything you say here now serves to substanciant my case of how big a bully you are! I will not respond to anymore you have to say. I wash my hands of you two years ago!

Sadly Karen Weaver of Karello Manx Cattery in Pennsylvania refused to uphold her promise of not selling kittens to buyers for breeding purposes. She also refused to provide me a kitten back as price for the use of my female Auragold Buttons. She has sold kittens under false pretenses from my cat Auraold Buttons. I withheld registration paperwork from her to allow her to do the right thing which was refund the money ($650) she took in addition to the kitten price (650) for a lovely little boy kitten she sold without my permision as a breeding kittens. She never refunded the the money for the promise of a breeder kitten to the other party.

I stipulated that I would only have one breeding kittten registered from this litter after her negligence allowed the death of two babies. I provided paperwork to all kitten buyers through the CFA ombuds offices since i could not trust her at this point. She refused to sign my contract restricting sales of kittens to other breeders, she refused to honor the original verbal contract of a kitten back as the price of use for my lovely cat Buttons, and she proceeded to slander me through the internet. She then bred this little girl cat without breeding rights and proceeded to sell them without papers in direct contractual violation of all the CFA stands for. She will never have breeding right for this kitten due to her behavior. Ella Vader is NOT FOR BREEDING. 

At this point I did not believe anything Karen Weaver said about anything, since she refused me the kitten and wore down my resolve, i was grateful to retreive my cat Buttons from her negligent care. She failed to provide health care and pay for it as a price of keeping my cat and selling the kittens (another agreement broken) i paid for all the health care and c-section and pain meds!?!!! which she refused my cat. My cat Buttons was traumatized from her abuse, 2 pounds underweight and wormy when finally seen by a vet under my care.

I am content that the buyers of the kittens of Auragold Buttons have been made whole through the registration process. Due to Ms. Weaver's double dealing and lies Ella Vader will not be a breeding cat with the CFA. There is no remedy, I have waited over a year for her to do the right thing.
