When ordering this product, it is set up to entice you to upgrade the order for the "deluxe model" but then will add another "set" of the cat toy to your order without you realizing it until you have placed the order and it has been confirmed. At no time will you have the opportunity to view your order prior to it being confirmed.

Then when you realize you have ordered more than you intended to, and you call the customer service line to remove an item, they give you this bogus story that they do not have access to the order for at least 3 hours and that I need to call back.

Anyone who understand computers in the least bit knows this is a stall tactic in the hopes you will forget to call back. If they do not have access to the order -- they need to find another software application package because they got ripped off. But that is very unlikely. It is more likely that they are trying to rip customers off.
