Cavalier Telephone Company WATCH OUT FOR CAVALIER TELEPHONE THEY'LL PUT FALSE CHARGES ON YOUR ACCOUNT Pensacola Florida

We were a little bit late on our phone bill payment. We sent a check out on January 25th it wasn't posted to our account until February 7th. That's 13 days from when we mailed the check. Our next bill had 4 reconnection charges on it of $38.50 each.

When I called to tell them that we had paid our bill and they never had to disconnect or reconnect our line they said that they placed an order to but never had to disconnect or reconnect but since they had to put the order through they couldn't refund our reconnect charges. WHAT? So you know they did this on purpose right. Why would it take 13 days to post a check to our account? So maybe the mail lady took 7 days to get our check to cavalier (which is highly unlikely) but it took Cavalier another 6 days to post a check to our account. Thats totally Bull s***.

I want to make everyone aware of this because our old phone company would NEVER do this to their loyal customers. So it looks like we are swithing back we just can't afford to pay an extra $154.00 for nothing but who could. I guess Cavalier can due to ripping off their customers.
