Cavalry Investments - SPRINT Ripoff FRUADULANT CHARGES $1500 IN ONE MONTH, THEY MUST BE CRAZY!!! Hawthorne New York

I am extremely happy that I am not the only one that this has happened to. I have been in dispute first with Sprint PCS, but also Cavalry Investments since 2001. Everytime they send me a letter I call them and make a complaint that they never investigated the fraudulant charges.

I won't here from them, so I would try calling I would not get a reply. After almost a year goes by, I'll check my credit report and Cavalry investments would not be anywhere on there then just before the anniversary of the date when they sent me the letter.

Cavalry shows up again on my credit report and then I recieve another letter. I really need some help . I have been struggling to survive in the bay area ever since I graduated. Then I get a bill during the worst time ever in 2001, not only did I get laid off in April of that year, my grandmother got very ill so majority of what I make goes to the necessities.

I explained and explained to them that how can I possibly run up a 1500 dollar phone bill in 1 month when there was proof that the call times, and numbers were of places and of numbers that I told them wasn't any numbers that I know, at times were any logical person would be sleeping.

That was the only phone that I had in order for me to get job contacts. So I made an extreme effort to keep my bill as low as I could afford. Someone out there I need your help? PLEASE!!!!!!!!
