Cavalry Portfolio Services ripoff Hawthorne New York

I have an account that was with Sprint PCS that I have disputed since 2002 when it was supposedly opened by me. The balance is 788.82!! This account has never been mine but since everytime I have disputed this account with the credit bureaus they have removed it, Sprint has sold it to these pricks. Sprint has tried 2 other collection agencies before finally selling it to Cavalry. Cavalry has reported me to all 3 bureaus, but for some reason the bureaus will not remove it this time, I cant figure it out.

Cavalry has asked for all these documents: copy of ss card, copy of d/l, copy of police report, copy of actual proof of residence at the time account established, and all of this must be notarized. I told them I was not sending all of this information to them only so they can screw me again and say now they hav all of this info, not to mention whomever may retrieve this info along the way!

This company is not on the up and up. I did 3rd party collections for 2 years and they are definitely in violation of Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. I believe we need to band together and start writing these violations to our state attorney generals, I know I am. Do not let this company push you around, they can be beaten.
