Called Cavalry today to work out some sort of arrangement on my payment plan. Talked to my point of contact which is Susan.

She transfered me to her manager Neil Galele and was insulted and got into shouting match over the phone because he was so rude and unprofessional.

On top of that he hung up on me. Had to call back but got only his voice mail.

Talked to the vice president and complained about the treatment.
