CBT Direct And GE Money Bank - Scammed Me And Ruined My Credit RIP OFF - Claimed to offer education but stole my good credit instead Clearwater Florida

This company called me, claiming that they were responding to an inquiry. That was not true. All I did was look for a job in medical billing. The person who called said his name was Avery. He pushed me to buy a medical billing course. He financed it through GE Money Bank and charged me $2400. He claimed that when I moved to Dallas Texas there would be "hundreds of medical billing jobs available" and I could make "over $50,000 per year." I moved to Texas, opened the box and logged on to their website. I searched for medical billing jobs and found less than 20 and none of them paid what he claimed.

I immediately returned the course (I have proof) and they refused delivery. They said it was a "security risk". So I sent it to them again, but this time I used their return address so I KNOW they received it. Now GE Money bank refuses to remove this from my credit and I did not take the course. I returned it within 30 days of receiving it. This is a SCAM. I am reporting them to the Florida Attorney General's office and everybody else I can find. I am constantly receiving phone calls from "attorneys" and collection agencies. I do not have the course. I did not take the course. I was coerced into purchasing it and returned it. They now have ruined my credit rating. I want justice!
