I recently received this credit card in the mail and I did not request it. I want to know where I should send it. I think I am a victim of mail fraud or Identity fraud.

I am waiting to know what to do with this card. Just chop it up. I do not want to activate this and I am supposed to get charged 199.00 a year and so forth for 6500.00 credit card usage. What a scam ripoff. What should I do?

Cancellation Option

AUTHOR: Ezwil - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, September 13, 2004

I tried calling the service about being refunded on their charges of (2) $99 fee and they claimed that I could not be refunded concerning this matter.

The agent id# 29165 stated that I would also be charged another $99 for their annual fee at the end of this month, September 2004. Therefore, I immediatly wrote them a letter not renew my annual benefits, also the agent stated that I had to have a letter in writing a few weeks before in order to get refunded for the previous 2 charges for $99.

I have never heard of such a matter. In either case, I just wanted to report this in your case and hope I can be reimburse for the charges.

Thank you again for you assistance and your support.

Throw the card away.

Heidi,

Throw the card away. I got one from them yesterday... looks like a regular credit card but it is not a visa, just for their catalog. I am NOT saying they are not a legitimate company, as I have not done any homework on CCA, First National Credit of Nevada. I do, however, know I received the same card you did because it is the same PO box. I just don't trust it so I burned mine in the fire!! You can't be charged unless you call them and activate it, but that is your choice if you want to take the chance with them as they could be legitimate as there are legitimate companies out there it's just that I don't trust the "catalog" ones... only Visa and Mastercards that are secured by the FDIC. Good Luck!
