CCA Credit Services Division ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

In October of this past year I recieved their credit card along with a letter telling me that I was pre-approved for $6500 credit line! Without thinking I activated my card. Paid my $199.99 activation fee and was set. Then while I was off work for Christmas Holidays I started to think about it and called to cancel. I was told that would be no problem. The lady I talked to said she would put a notation on my account, but I had to submit it in writting.

After doing so I thought it was taken care of. Today Feburary 5 my wife called me at work and informs me that our checking account was overdrawn. CCA had electronically withdrawn $200 for annual membership. I write this to inform people not to take their accounts closed lightly and to make sure they talk to their financial institution about possible scams to be withdrawn from their accounts.
