Cca First National Bank Card ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

Well, my husband recieved this card that says if you do not want it to call the number on the back of the card. Well, the number is the activation number. There is no way to talk to a rep. Sso it asks for the card number and or activation number. So I entered it thiking I could get to someone. I said he had no bank account, so they gave me another number to call. I called it and still no person.

So now I'm not sure what happens next. On the back of the card it said "if found, cut in half and send to the po box". So I cut it in half and sent it back to them. I hope nothing happens to my husband's credit.
