CCBILLEU Unauthroized Charges to my Visa card Tempe, Arizona

On January 31, 2012 my visa bank card was charged for $34.90 from this company. I keep track of my online banking at least 3-4 times a week without fail. I phone this CCbill company to find out what I was charged for? They told me it is for internet space and downloads. I proceeded to tell the man on the phone I did not sign up for this. He replies, well you must have because we have your information. I told him that means nothing to me, because I did not sign up for it and demanded a refund for $34.90. He places me on hold for about one minute and comes back to the phone. He tells me that a refund will be placed back into my account between 7-10 business days. I asked him to send an email so that I would have receipt of this cancellation. The representative said I would no longer be able to log into my account and hated to loose my business. I replied forcefully and said, I do not care about the account because I did not create one, big deal. The phone call ended.  On 2/3/2012 I got at 4am to get ready for work and checked my online banking as usual. First thing my eyes come upon is a debit from this d**n CCBill company had charged me AGAIN for a second unauthorized charged for $35.46.  I was so ticked off and called the company. I got hold of some dingbat woman on the other end of the line who according to her records she had no information on the charge of $35.46 and the only other thing that showed up on her computer was the original amount of $34.90 that was due for a refund. I told her that CCBill had charged my card again for the amount of $35.46. She asks the most dumbest question and asks, Are you sure that was today?  I replied I am looking at the d**n screen and today is the 3rd HELLO!  The woman asked me to print off a bank statement and highlight the charged that was done today and fax it in. I was so hot by that point, I replied, forget it I will shut down my d**n card so your dingbat company would dip their fingers in my card again and contact my bank. That is exactly what I did. I closed my card and went to the bank and filed a dispute form through Visa.  This CCBill company ain't nothing but a bunch of dirty rotten sons of bitches! Over $70.00 that they have tapped my account for and that is all they will get if I can help. Dirty robbers!
