I agree, we due use the BBB as a reference tool. Filed the report for R & G Marketing on 2/21/2009.

Why hasn't anyone filed a formal complaint with the BBB or FTC. I tried to search for consumer complaints on those two sites and found nothing really. The BBB had 2 complaints on this company NY branch I believe and 1 was marked as resolved the other was marked as company made every effort to resolve or something like that. I have been contacted by one of the marketers for this company and am trying to get a background on them and so far I am just confused. If anyone has had really bad experiences I urge them to file with the BBB or FTC as the marketing company that works for CCDN is using the lack of complaints out there as a reassurance tool for the consumer who might be skeptical.

It is funny that John Gliha would get on here and talk about anything. Due a search on John Gliha or Due Process. I, at one time, marketed for John Gliha and his process. I stopped marketing for him in 2005. Why? Simply, his program was not working.

Now he wants to claim the CCDN is selling versions of HIS process when that could not be farther from the truth. His process was arbitration not FDCPA lawsuits against collectors which is what the CCDN does. Now it appears that John does Superior Liens to make someone "judgement proof". That process has already been hammered in court. Ficticious liens can actually get you into trouble.

Again, what the CCDN does is completely different. They sue collectors who violate Federal Law. That is it. It is not debt elimination or debt invalidation.

John likes to throw around that he is suing this person or that person. He even threatened to sue me when I quite markting for him. He never did! Now he implies that he will sue the CCDN. That is quite a joke!

John has total disdain for our legal system unless he is using it to his benefit.

The don't like to admit it and are coming at me hard because i exposed them.
I could have ignored it and gone on my way to not deal with the many calls i receive from victims each week.

I usually do not get involved with vindictive ex-salesmen but Paul Cohen is about as big of a liar as they come. Liar of the first order. Anyone with half a brain cell, reading his posts, can easily tell that he is simply trying to bash to gain business for his "system that works". Simply put, we market for the CCDN (Credit Collections Defense Network) the same attorney network that turned him loose for lying to customers in order to gain sales. In the months that he marketed for the CCDN, he had a whopping 4 customers. Which shows his marketing skills are nill hence the post to this forum is his idea of self marketing. If you really want to believe that he, a non-attorney has "developed" a process that works better in the legal realm of debt than attorneys who have been perfecting their trade for years, go ahead and use his "process".

The CCDN did call all of his customers, refunded one due to the fact that the customer was flat lied to by Mr. Cohen. The other 3 did not desire to drop out as their program was on track. The one refunded was refunded due to Mr. Cohen's telling the customer they would receive more services than what is provided and the CCDN felt it was the appropriate thing to do.

We have put MANY people through the CCDN process with great success. This is demonstrated by the many testimonials on our site. All can be checked and confirmed as legit by simply requesting the case number of each case and checking them through that state's court.

As far as R & G having a "hold harmless" clause in their contract, this is normal for companies marketing for others. We are marketing for an attorney network and do not provide support for that service as we are not attorneys and cannot legally do so. Therefore, the attorneys are liable for that support. Mr. Cohen simply wanted to use a play on words in order to confuse and distort. Same technique he uses in his marketing strategy. R & G also has a refund policy that we do adhere to. So his statement that the CCDN and R & G are refunding to people who complain is simply another play on words.

Paul Cohen seems to like to reduce himself to slander in order to gain business for himself. His mention of Mr. Webster the gardener turned legal expert is just another play on words. I personally know Mr. Webster and a landscaping company is just one of several companies that he owned and ran all at the same time. He had employees who worked for him so I guess that makes him a "gardener". That company was sold for nice price due to it's success. So Mr. Cohen, are you stating that people who own landscaping companies are of some sort of lower class or lesser intelligence? (Please note all your grammatical errors in your posts before making any assertation as to others intelligence.)

I also see that Mr. Cohen likes to mention John Gliha, Ron Boston, Kayden Group etc... Those are people the CCDN had to dis-associate with for unsavory behavior same as Mr. Cohen. As far as the CCDN is concerned, they are all "birds of a feather".

I personally spoke with Mr. Cohen via telephone on 11-26-07. At that time he stated he was going to email me "proof" of his process. To date he has not done so. Another clear indicator.

The truth is, Mr. Cohen simply wants business. He knows no other way of gaining it except through lies, distortion and slander. He was let go as a rep of the CCDN for his adverse actions. The CCDN has been in business for over 4 years. They have a great reputation in their field as well as a great reputation among their collegues even those on the opposite side of the courtroom. They have helped many people with great success. If they were messing up peoples lives, we would hear about it. We have sent many customers to the CCDN. All of whom have our toll free number and can call us anytime if there was a problem. The fact remains that you cannot please all the people all of the time, we have had 3-4 complaints in the past 3 years. However, we are almost overwhelmed by people who are extremely happy and want to give a recorded or written testimonial. If the CCDN was as bad as Mr. Cohen would like you to believe, they would have been disbarred as attorneys by now. You would be hard pressed to get a group of attorneys to put their bar numbers at risk for a scam. They spend too much time and money in becoming attorneys to lose it trying to make a few bucks on a scam.

Simply the facts are clear.

1) No professional gets on a forum such as this to bash their competitors in order to gain business. This is clearly indicated by him always putting in his contact information in an attempt to gain your business. It is his "Hey don't go to them I am better!" strategy and it is failing and always will.

2) Mr. Cohen hides behind a post office drop box. The CCDN and R & G clearly display their business physical address as all reputable companies will do.

3) He was let go by the CCDN for adverse selling practices.

4) Mr. Cohen knows no other way to market than this. He knows rippoffreport.com ranks high in the search engines whereas his site ranks poorly and he figured he would get better exposure.

5) Mr. Cohen's unprofessional behavior is clear and evident as well as I probably do not have to point that out to most people reading this as it is clear and evident in it's own right.

6) Mr. Cohen needs customers for his failing business.
