I placed an order with this company on August 12, 2004 and they withdrew two hundred eighty seven dollars from my Mastercard. ($287.00). I lost my husband 4 months ago and rely on one paycheck now, so I really need my money back. I never received anything from them and the telephone number on the internet NEVER answers.

I cannot believe that in this day and age a business is allowed to be so fraudulent. I would like my money back as soon as possible. I will NEVER trust the internet again.

Thank you.

#2 Consumer Suggestion

Dispute the charges.

AUTHOR: Mike - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 21, 2004

Both of you should contact your respective credit card companies and put the charge into dispute. Someone once wrote on this site that "Every crooked company has a cancellation phone number -- the number on the back of your credit card." So use it. Tell them the merchandise was not received or was returned, also you cannot reach the company.

Follow up by also using the instructions on the back of your credit card statement to file a written dispute. Do not pay the disputed amount (i.e. do not pay the balance below the amount of the charge). Right now Ccoins doesn't have your money, they have the bank's money. Banks are perfectly positioned to take money back so they don't lose any.

ok, this is simple-I ordered $189 of product from this co CCoins.net 8668270764. Changed my mind. Emailed them, then the package came, Boyfriend signs for it. Mailman takes it back, as bfriend says I don't want it after all (true).
Now they are saying that there is no way I can get my money back.
Why?? They have their product back!!!
Argh!!!!
